Joanie began her Real Estate career in 1993 and has been providing professional home buying and selling services in Massachusetts, the Carolinas and Texas.
Chris worked in the Hospitality Service for 30 years and decided to take his “service expertise” in a new direction with The Karas Team. We have been married for 30+ years and have 2 wonderful children and our adorable dog Pi. Our life’s journey has moved us from coast to coast, so we know personally the challenges families encounter when buying and selling a home and moving a family.
Joanie is most proud of her commitment to our community through service. She finds her greatest pleasure on the couple days a week she spends at the local SVdP Food Pantry and at Harvesting International’s “Backpack for Kids” programs.
When we are not in service to our clients or our community, you will find us taking a long walk around town with our adorable Airedale Terrier, Pi.
